For example, for a certain product, the corrugated material is A-shaped, the cardboard thickness is 4.7 millimeters, and the actual pressure value of the printing machine is 5 millimeters, but the displayed value is 4 millimeters. So, at this point, printing production will cause printing displacement, slotting displacement, and printing personnel will hardly dare to reduce the paper feeding gap, because reducing the value will cause the cardboard to be crushed. This is where inaccurate numerical values lead to operators misjudging and unable to locate the problem correctly.
Have factory production management personnel been concerned about this issue? I have visited many companies, but few have actually carried out gap correction actions. Below is a brief description of how to calibrate the clearance value of the printing machine.
1. Insert a feeler gauge between the printing drum and the printing pressure roller to measure the gap value
2. Loosen the screws on the screw rod that controls the gap
3. Press the printing pressure control button and adjust downwards to ensure that the operating side is parallel to the transmission side, and then secure the screws
4. Subtract the actual value from the thickness of the printing plate and the thickness of the pad, and correct the electronic data value and display value
Through such detection and correction, two major printing problems can be solved: the printing surface is not parallel, with high printing pressure on one side and light pressure on the other. Secondly, it can solve the accuracy of printing pressure adjustment, accelerate debugging speed, improve efficiency, and ensure the stability of printing quality.
